I bought a riff pack but the riffs didn't arrive.

Open Settings → Riffs and pull down to refresh. If the balance still hasn't updated within a minute, restart the app. Apple delivers purchase receipts asynchronously and can occasionally take up to a minute. Still missing? Email us with your purchase receipt — we'll restore it manually.

My game won't open in the browser.

Most browser issues are network related. Try opening the link on Wi-Fi, then on cellular. If you see "Failed to load resource", refresh once — Google Cloud Storage occasionally hiccups. If the game itself crashes (black screen), it may have failed our smoke test; contact us with the URL and we'll investigate.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Riffgame Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.

Can I delete a game?

Open the game's chat thread, tap the menu in the top right, and select "Delete game". This removes it from your library and the play URL stops resolving.

How do I delete my whole account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account (only shown after you link Apple or Google). Or, if you can't access the app, email support@riffgame.com from the email linked to your account — we process requests within 30 days. Full instructions and what gets deleted: riffgame.com/delete-account.

Push notifications stopped working.

Check Settings → Notifications inside Riffgame — it shows the current iOS permission state. If it says "Off", tap to re-enable. If iOS won't prompt again, the tap opens the iOS Settings page directly so you can flip the switch.
